 It was from 18 yards. I was practicing my distance control by randomly shooting from distances of 10, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25 yards etc. I've always used the nocks that have metal reinforcement in them, which makes them basically impossible to split even on a dead on hit, as I've shot off 100's of nocks before and never split one. So the first time I buy new nocks (what most people use) that don't have the reinforcement I split one.  Some more recent groups here if anyone wants to see them.  |

Oh, Torp. it's obvious you don't understand the concepts of higher mathematic probabilities. That's ok though. It's really not that tough. It's exactly like what Dr. Malcom described in Jurassic Park with non linear equations, and strange attractives. It's identical in archery, only not really, because the knock has no inherent genetic material. You understand. So, what it all means is, everything that takes place in our existence falls into one of two categories. Either an even occurs, or it does not. A lot the way Uisce views the rules of golf, which must make him terribly tedious to play with, but I understand he has great calves, so I guess it's a wash. You're arrow hit was a simple 50/50 proposition. That time............you did it. See? You're welcome. Most of the reason I'm here. |
