Title: Close call Post by: Spanky on February 10, 2008, 02:33:18 PM As most of you know I work today. I get a text from my wife saying "trying to discharge battery on the phone, got to see what the boys broke". No big deal boys break stuff. She calls me and says "Ummm, we have a big problem."
Seems when my middle boy went to plug something in it arced and tripped the breaker. So my wife is trying to explain how bad it is. And she starts to get that realization that my son could have been hurt and the house could have gone up in smoke. So I decided to leave work and see what extent the damage was and to calm my wife. My son is fine, the damage was just to the outlet and the what he was trying to plug in. I was able to replace the plug in about 30 min. My wife has calmed down and back to normal, and I get to watch the Pro Bowl and golf. I bet it surprised my son though, looked like it was probably a pretty big flash.
