Title: Reid Lockhart Wedges?
Post by: spacey on January 11, 2007, 12:35:22 PM
Anyone use them? Does the dual bounce sole actually work? How do they feel? Anything else I should know? So many questions.

a 2nd swing here had some a while back, and though i was only hitting them off a mat, they certainly felt good.  that said, what can one really learn from a mat?

that said, they were way too long, upright, and so forth with the shafts in them at the time, and as I don't have club buildign tools...   ermm not worth the $50/price

i'd certainly give em a try for $10 a head or so though, if i had club building tools

no idea on the sole,  but my feel wedges have a 6 way sole, and it does work in different lies

I used to have them, and regret ever getting rid of them.  The dual sole bounce does work, though I don't think it's as significant as it's made out to be.

Haven't used the Reid Lockharts, but I'm currently playing with Eidolon dual sole wedges.  They are the best wedges I have ever owned.

I bought a 3 wedge set of RL's on Ebay, saw no difference in the soles, and found the clubs generally too head heavy. :'( :'( :'(
