Title: Any "Coincidence" He Signed With An NL Team? Post by: stroh on November 02, 2007, 05:36:12 AM I personally think they *fudge*ed Torre in NY. Huge slap in the face to a man that gave you 12 straight post season appearances, and 4 World Series titles.
1 year deal with all the incentive on winning next year's World Series.....?? ?? Joe could have signed with anybody, but my guess is, he scouted for the NL team with the best chances to *fudge* Steinbrenner, and gawd, I hope he does it.
