Title: Managed to *urinate* off the wife again......
Post by: PaunchyBald on February 24, 2008, 08:24:34 AM
She is reading an article from a magazine to me.  She is believing what the author is purporting about real-estate, and the stock market.

So I ask, Who is the author?  What are the author's qualifications to make such a statement?...  such as Where does the author work?......and Where did the author attend university?  What are the author's political leanings?   What are the political leanings of the publication and it's editor's?

She replies that the publication doesn't have an agenda and that all such publications (magazines) don't need to list the qualifications of author's that make statements about the economy.

I told her that she needs to be more objective and logical, and not to react to things with emotion.

BTW the magazine is AARP, like they don't have an agenda ::)  goddamn fearmongers

edit: sher wyshh ah cud speeelll
