They switched to the "M" and the pinstripes in '87, and promptly won a World Series, then followed it with another in '91.

The TC was okay (actually, I didn't like going back to it at first; it took about 1/2 the season to get used to it), but I like the M better.

I answered the Twins, on the condition you get a real stadium to play in ;) Saw a game there once - just too weird. Not a lot of people there, but there were having fun. Not a lot of people there, but there were having fun. 8) Never having watched a game in an outdoor stadium, I didn't realize how nice that is. Then came last year: went to a Saints game, and the difference was so noticeable (besides the obvious major/minor league difference). The dome absolutely stinks for baseball. I remember going to the Old Metropolitan stadium when I was a kid. Nothing special but it was outdoor baseball.
