An American grandmother who wanted to prove that it was too easy for non-US citizens to vote in Washington state has had her Australian shepherd-terrier cross vote in three elections.

Authorities became wary after finding a paw print on the ballot envelope.

That proves nothing. Just because it was an Australian shepherd doesn't mean it wasn't a naturalized US citizen.
