It's a perfectly consistent libertarian viewpoint, and I actually respect him and his father for being semi-consistent with it. The Gubment should not have the power to tell private entities who they can and cannot hire, serve, etc, etc. It's not very realistic. You said word for word what the (AM talk radio guy from back home I like to listen to) said on it. And his point like yours is "Not realistic, so where do you really go with it from here?"
