so this is a major* 4 way (well, 5 way actually) pretty much dead NS/EW intersection truck is knifed up blocking all except traffic from the S wanting to turn E and traffic from the N wanting to turn W. they don't seal the EW roads from new traffic coming in at the prior intersections, just have a guy 400-500 feet away from the scene turning people around. ??? |
