Now that I've warmed up a bit I'll share my lunch story.

Went out to my car which had maybe 4-5 inches of snow on it.  Carefully swept the snow away from the join between the door and the body of the car and opened the door.  No problemo. 

Grabbed my scraper/brush from the passenger floorboard and that's when genius struck.  I thought I'd start the car and warm it up.  Turns out I'd left the wipers on delay and right when I was backing out with the back of my neck exposed they made a pass and dumped a cubic foot of fresh Utah powder down the back of my shirt.   :-\ :(

I've been shivering for three solid hours.   :bricks:

I don't think I've ever seen an adult exit a vehicle ass-first.

Don't be such a baby. At least it was fresh. Think about how bad it would have been had it been crusty and yellow. I'm just sayin'.

LOL. If I had a dollar for every time I've done that, well let's just say I wouldn't have to worry about paying for my next bucket of balls in the spring.

I can only imagine what that's like..... actually no I can't... it doesn't snow here ;)

We're looking at lows close to zero over the weekend - in the valley.  And my wife wants to go skiiing.   :fish:

It's like a storm....with ice.

Oops. :D 7º here.

It was 48 here today and projected that for tomorrow but overcast and a little windy.

Last night might have been the coldest I've experienced since moving to California.

And we, being idiots, had our sprinklers come on overnight, so we've now created a nice deathtrap in front of our house with a sweet sheet of ice on our sidewalk.

Our inexperienced Californian dog wiped out and did a faceplant on the ice. [sm_snow]

Except without the sea, cars, trees and the phallic looking thingy.

Thats me trying to scrape the ice off the bottom of the door.
More exiting than you would think.
