I will say this though, as much as you can have a great Chinese meal you can also get a crap one, and I guess the same goes for any cuisine. As a general rule I won't eat French food, or more to the point I won't go to a French restaurant not because the food is prentious, but because I have issues with France and French people... ;) :o
