Title: See the piggies, little piggies...

in their starched white shirts:

Quote
AIG sent its executives to the coastal St. Regis resort south of Los Angeles even as the company tapped into an $85 billion loan from the government that it needed to stave off bankruptcy. The resort tab included $23,380 worth of spa treatments for AIG employees, according to invoices the resort turned over to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

Seriously:

This is what class warfare looks like, only it wasn't The Lefties that fired the first shots...

That's pretty *goshdarn* brazen--even for a company that knows it's "too big to fail".

I read a piece in Slate a while ago that the 2 classes of people most 'Disconnected' from the reality the rest of us inhabit are the very poor and the very, very rich.

I guarantee most of those executives have convinced themselves that they 'Deserved' a trip to the resort because of all 'The Stress' running a multi-billion dollar entity into the ground entails.
