Title: I Seek The Nano Post by: Clive on January 24, 2009, 01:08:39 PM I got me a new pair of running shoes (below), and they are equipped to accept the NikePlus system (tracks distance, pace, time, etc. when running). The Nike+ apparatus works with an Apple iPod Nano -- according to them, ANY generation. So I'm trolling to find one, cheap. I'd prefer the 2nd- or 4th-generation for its slimmer form factor; I already have a sport strap carrier and a running jacket with a dedicated pocket for an iPod, and both are sized for the 2nd/4th generation versions.
I'm not really looking to listen to much music -- a 1GB model would be fine. I have two USB cables already (lost one bought a new one, found the lost one), so it can be missing its cable. Don't care about color. I have earphones, so the OE units also can be missing without causing me anguish. It must WORK, though. That's important. I have golf stuff. I have cash. I can pay with one, the other, or a mixture of both. (All mixed up together in a bucket, of course. With the eggs on top. And I won't skimp on the pâté -- just because it is mixed up with all the other things, I would not dream of giving you less than the full amount. In fact, I will personally make sure you have a double helping.)
