It looks like Charles Hamelin, the other Canadian dude, swiped the Korean dude's side AND a moment later kicks out the Korean dude's hand, causing him to wipe out. The Korean dude was in the lead at that point. Charles Hamelin gets the gold medal. I'm calling bull*feces* on that one.
