Just submitted my input into the process. My manager will now fill out his sections and we'll sit down within the next 5 days to discuss the year, next year and find out if I get a raise.

I had a different manager last year so I wonder if anyone will notice I cut and pasted a couple of things directly from last year's review.  [sm_devil]

Here's my card. It's got my cell number, my pager number, my home number and my other pager number. I never take vacations, I never get sick and I don't celebrate any major holidays.

I have been Michael's number two guy for about five years, and we make a great team. We're like one of those classic famous teams. He's like Mozart, and I'm like Mozart's friend. No, I'm like Butch Cassidy, and Michael is like Mozart. You try and hurt Mozart, and you're going to get a bullet in your head, courtesy of Butch Cassidy.

Once I'm officially Regional Manager, my first order of business will be to demote Jim Halpert. So I will need a new number two. My ideal choice? Jack Bauer. But he is unavailable. Fictional. And overqualified.

Had mine already.  Glowing, 'natch.  Company decided to separate review talk from compensation talk this go-round, so who knows what I'll get for raise and bonus.  They announced that they were reviewing the prevailing salaries for employee positions, looking at what the typical pay was elsewhere in our region of the country.  So I helped them by photocopying and submitting a few pages from a biannual salary survey for my specific position.  And yeah, let's just say they've been getting one hell of a bargain so far.

We'll see what the response is.

Prediction: 3.8%

I had mine about 4 weeks ago. It was good but probably not as good as Clive's as he's more of an overachiever than I. Next week I'll find out my salary increase. I'm guessing 3.8%.

We did that here last year - came out good for me.  Of course that made them feel less generous this go round when I got the 'meh' raise.
