Some sammies, but usually some type of rice or soup dish.

I make myself another plate of Thanksgiving dinner. 8)

Or... turkey sandwiches with cold dressing on the side.  Cranberry sauce can be eaten by itself as a snack.  Mashed potatoes (when there is any left) with gravy or butter.

Yum, yum! :D

I leave most of it for Aske and cannibalize the stuffing for days instead. With gravy all over it.

I typically make up a plate of Thanksgiving dinner the next day and then do little sangwiches on rolls until it's gone.

I usually recreate the dinner until something runs out (usually stuffing or potatoes first).  Then it's open-faced, gravy-covered sandwiches.  Finally, just turkey and mayo sandwiches.

A.  Then it's open-faced, gravy-covered sandwiches.
B.  Finally, just turkey and mayo sandwiches.

A.  Could never do it.  I think that's nasty.  I'm a big food separation can't touch guy, with a huge aversion to soggy bread.

Love biscuits.  Love Gravy.  "Biscuit-n-Gravy"?  [sm_disgust]  Just weird that way.

B.  Could live on that daily.

A. Could do it but probably not going too. Not worried about food separation but the soggy bread thing is not my bag either.

B. Replace mayo with miracle whip. Maybe add some lettuce or a tomato slice. Ditto stroh.

Thanksgiving Feast at 2:00 pm.  Turkey, mayo, salt and pepper sammiches for dinner, night snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, repeat as often as necessary to consume the Turkey.  Generally, by Monday, turkey is all gone.  Then, I start the same process with the leftover prime rib roast but do add horseradish.

I shredded and mixed equal parts white and dark meat, heated it, then blended in a bunch of HOT salsa.  Mixed with diced onions and copious fresh cilantro and consumed on a flour tortilla.

turkey taqueria: much better than it sounds

It sounds disgusting but it was actually pretty good.  It was a hit, too.  I made about 10 or 15 for a little gathering, and they were all eaten.  Full disclosure, there were a bunch of college kids there, and they'll eat anything that is free.

Pretty much the same, except a turkey and mayo sandwich is always first.
