Title: Deborah Kerr gone...
Post by: MFAWG on October 18, 2007, 09:07:47 AM

Starred in one of my favorite movies, evar, From Here To Eternity:

GIxJLi0dpeY

(Puts on Gene Siskel hat):

I went looking for the iconic beach scene, and all I could find was the middle 44 seconds, when in reality it's 5 minutes or so of 2 incredible actors running the gamut of emotions from joy to fear and back again.

So I settled for this.

Julie probably remembers her better for An Affair To Remember.

And in related news: The last, and 2nd least relevant, of the Rat Pack is also dead. (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21363174/)

I'm going with Peter Lawford.

My vote goes to Peter Lawford, though it's probably only by a nose.

Although on the marquee Lawford gets billing just ahead of Bishop.

I loved Debra Kerr in "The King & I".

When I was searching youtube for the clip, more than half were from The King and I, with alot of An Affair to Remember and The Gypsy Moths (which I don't think I've ever seen) thrown in.

Not much from FHTE, which I thought was odd.
