What does this financial crisis mean to me? How will it affect me on Main street? I know this answer is complicated and no I don't expect a true answer that will cover all the bases. But for a layman like me what should I expect over the next couple of months. Especially the next 5 weeks. And please lets be civil, we have been very good so far. You can see the implications from all of these:
1. Higher interest rates and reduced availability on loans; 2. Lower rates of return on your personal investments; 3. Reduced level of government spending as governments and municipalities are affected. 4. Higher unemployment as companies tighten their belt. I could go on, if you want more detail, LMK. |
