What was your call on the colts game? FWIW, I reluctantly went with the Colts, but I was REALLY close to picking the Chiefs.

The Cowboys game, I really have no idea. It could go either way. Whoever pulls their heads out of their arses will win.

i thought  they would run johnson to death and win. (didnt put a score)... but figured 4-7 points.      when the colts stacked the box early and edwards kept running into it (combined with the chiefs dropping every pass attempt)... i knew it was over

Hmmm, where do I start?

1.  Michael Irvin
2.  Deion Sanders
3.  Joe Theisman
4.  Tony Kornheiser
5.  Mike Tirico
6.  Chris Collinsworth(less)
7.  Bob Costas

Well, basically anyone on NBC except Al Michaels and John Madden.

8.  Boomer Esiason

That should do it for starters.

Is anyone besides me sort of amused at the thought of Aske in a sports bar?

I bet they overturn this one.  That ball looked to be out of bounds in the endzone.

ROFL!!

Although, I guarantee, in public, he is as regular joe-blue jeans as the rest of us.

Big tipper too, from what I understand.

Overturned - safety.   :-\

Alas, another Dallas meltdown.   ;D

The safety actually worked to Seattle's benefit, as they got that and the ensuing touchdown.

Man, Dallas needs to draft some help in the secondary.

Well, Tony Romo needs to look on the positive side of things.  He can now be the national spokesman for Butterfinger.   :'( ;) ;D

Well, this was a good game, but frankly I don't think it matters, cause the Bears are gonna kill the Seahawks next week.

Yes, I am already assuming Philly is going to win tomorrow.

That was one crazy game to watch in person, we got lucky, but sometimes you need luck.

I wish you guys could appreciate how loud that stadium gets, it's amazing for being outdoors, I saw a db meter register 117 tonight, isn't that like a jet engine taking off.

My ears are still ringing and I've been inside my house for 4 hours now.

Seahawks in an upset next week, the 1.5 passer rating grossburger shows up and we win 28-20.

Honorable mention to Martin "I'm not gonna block that guy" Gramatica.  Romo picks up the botched snap and appears to be going in for the TD.  There was only one Seahawk that had a chance to stop him.  I think Gramatica wished him a good evening as he ran by him.  The guy is able to dive and trip up Romo on a shoestring tackle.  If Gramatica or puts up any semblance of a block, it's TD Cowboys.  Romo needed one more stride for a first down, stride and a half for the TD.

The kicker was in no position to make any kind of a block, especially from the backside.
Besides,if Romo could run faster than my grandma without stumblin' and bumblin',no blocks would have been needed.
and Romo should have thrown to the guy in the corner of the end zone instead and maybe the FG is not even attempted....... ;)

Amazing that they were annoiting him as the second coming of Aikman and Staubach just a few weeks ago -- heck they already had him on the ring of honor.  Not a cowboy fan by no means and while the event was no doubt probably one of the worse things that could happen to him on the field, I didn't mind. [sm_shock] [sm_devil] ;D
