I'm just creating a few rules, TOP if you will, so that we can avoid the sorts of issues that typically require my moderation authority. I'll be putting the rules in the list as they come to me. In the meantime, DO NOT suggest any rules. There will be no comment or discussion of these rules. The use of profanity is strictly prohibited except when necessary. 3. All decisions are final and there is no appeal process. 4. 5. 6. There is no rule #6. 7. 8. Rule #8 is precedent to Rule #6 and antecedent to Rule #10 unless Rule#4 is violated, in which case Rule #2 will apply, if necessary. 9. 10.
