Sad to see Mewelde Moore (MeMo) go, he breaks tackles as good as anybody and is a great receiver. So naturally Childress didn't have him returning much this year, and had Bobby Wade doing it. ??? Title: Re: well, looks like big ben will end his career as a steeler Post by: Torpedo on March 03, 2008, 04:18:11 PM Steelers signed MeMo. :'( At least he didn't go to the Pats. ;D
Quote Running back Mewelde Moore has agreed to a three-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sounds like the deal is 3 years for 5 million with 1.3 million signing bonus. For that price the Vikes should have kept him. Good signing for the Steelers. Title: Re: well, looks like big ben will end his career as a steeler Post by: stroh on March 03, 2008, 04:34:30 PM Tomlin pulls Moore. Childress cannibalizes what he can from what's left of the Eagles. :sad3:
Oy! Title: Re: well, looks like big ben will end his career as a steeler Post by: Aske on March 03, 2008, 04:43:33 PM now the steelers just need 4 average or 3 good + OL, a good starting/backup safety, and a great DE and they could contend again in 2009.
Title: Re: well, looks like big ben will end his career as a steeler Post by: stroh on March 03, 2008, 04:54:36 PM With the signing of Bernard Berrian, we're only 52 rosters spots away from contending in '08.
