Got back from playing golf, 72 and sunny today.  ;D

My game was nowhere near as nice as the weather [sm_yuck]

Then I built my wife a new set of irons (belated VD present).  We're gonna try and play tomorrow before the rain comes in.

It was 75 degrees here, and it would have been a great day for golf. Instead, I took my daughter to a Chuck E. Cheese-type place with arcade games, skee-ball, go-carts, and mini-golf. She's too young and too short for most of the stuff, so she rode the token-operated mini merry-go-round a couple of times and watched me pump $10 worth of tokens into various machine as they spit out tickets. We redeeemed the tickets for a lady bug notepad, a string toy that looks like a Chinese yo-yo, and two pieces of candy.

We went to the Autorama today and dragged the kids around because they were bored. We were able to get in free and and the boys just made it miserable for us. To think boys don't like cars that actually look like Hot Wheels. Oh well.

It was 38*-42* here, with winds of 10-12 gusting to 15-20.

I rode to the moto-dealer for some recall work.  Chatted with the owner and sales guys, drank the free coffee, ogled their new bikes, and took an hour-long nap on their couch.  8)

Congrats!  Is that US$ or AU$?

(I'm assuming AU, which sounds like a great deal.)

Congrats on the club wish....always exciting to get a 'new' club at a good price.

It was 60* here yesterday. Spent the day outside getting the yard and garden ready for spring. Also, we just had a Sierra Trading Post store open this weekend. Found a deal on a touring sea kayak we couldn't pass up, so my wife has a new boat.

I was at a local SCA event all day where I danced played music for dancers, taught a class about music ornamentation and a class how to dance when the musicians play the wrong music, ate lots of yummy medieval and medievaloid food and socialized with a bunch of people. Aske came by for a while but his upset stomach sent him back home :(

He is such the medieval buzz kill. No Pepto in the 15 century.

Sal, years ago when I went on a holiday to the UK, I went to a medieval night, at a place in Coventry. It was hilarious, really entertaining!! ;D
We had to eat with our hands (No knives and forks)!!!
Do you guys do the same thing, at your events??

No, we use utensils, but we try to stay away from forks.

Haven't been on this late in a while.  It's even quieter now than it was this weekend! I can't imagine why... ;)
