He's been handed a perennial playoff team. His record only really matters if he's significantly above or below 10-11 wins/year. What matters is what the team does in winning the division, and winning the playoffs... which under him... is disgraceful so far. [sm_shock] One year...10-6...makes playoffs...loses....doesn't equal disgraceful in my book. I thought I had high expectations of teams I follow. ;) I'd give it a year or two more. I'm not saying he's the greatest coach but the squad is 6-3 this year. And I don't think that's too bad considering, IMO, their personnel right now isn't the best. Going 16-9 in the NFL in your first 25 games is damn good. Perennial playoff teams are very rare these days.
