FWIW I've probably built 100 sites that have been hosted with Interland, Ipower, the late lamented Burlee, other well known hosts, and BlueHost SO FAR has been by far the easiest to deal with and offered a more comprehensive package than any of the others. I've got 3 sites with Bluehost and no issues. He toured the company as well and was impressed with them. I believe they are located up by spaceage.
The couple of times I've needed to talk to someone, I can always get someone on the phone within 5 minutes and have done their on-line chat resolution as well. You can check it out, but I don't know that I'm power-user enough for valuable feedback.
