So Aske you are a rum lover!
Does rum make you want to fight!! :o
You know they used to give the soldiers a shot of rum, when they were in the trench's, so they would run out fighting!!!!! [sm_shock]

Buzzed? By my own definition of "buzzed," my numbers are probably similar to Aske's, give or take. I need more beer than cocktails to get a good buzz, probably because I mix my cocktails pretty strong.

Empty stomach?

I would consider 5 or 6 shots of Jose Cuervo with beer wash would do the trick, for me.

I agree with space on the beer vs. cocktails as I like mine a bit strong. On average my numbers would be close to your's aske, maybe a drink more.

Define buzzed.

functional, but 'feelin fine'  :airquotes:

could probably drive, but not a good idea.

Beer, 6-7.  3-4 "tall ones".

Booze?  I dunno.  I just recently started drinking liquor again.

I do know, tequila kills me.

Lightweight here.  Probably somewhere during the second beer, glass of wine, or mixed drink.

Empty stomach?

not empty stomach, but not  after gorging either.  just a usual day. say you had lunch @ noon then  dinner at 6-7  and then went out to a bar or party or something

I don't know. You ever notice that you can down a half bottle of scotch while sitting on your couch and not feel a thing, but if you drink one double at a business dinner you feel like you're about to start slurring your speech?

Thoe worst thing about that is that I paid for the scotch, but I probably got to expense the double.  The liquor should know whether or not you paid for it, and act upon you accordingly.

Like women.

This might sound silly but!!!!! ;D
If I am at home having a few red wines with Russell, watching a movie etc, I am fine.  If I am in a social situation, chatting away, and laughing, I find that the few wines, tend to go to my head alot quicker!!!!

hmm... in an hour... maybe 5 or 6 beers, or a bottle of red, or 7 to 8 bourbon and drys... :o

Around 2 glasses of wine (or a bit under - my red wine glasses are huge  :))
Maybe 2 cocktails, but those vary a lot.

I might define buzzed a little differently than some, though.  I probably wouldn't want to drive after 1 glass of just about anything after only an hour.

Are we talking "buzzed", or just getting to a maintenance level? [sm_devil]

You're probably right.  But I don't know, and - as I said - I don't want to know.
