Utah will, in a landslide, give our electoral votes to the Republican candidate, no matter who is running on either ticket for either party. That's just how we roll. The Republicans might not always work out (this one's been useless) they surely look better on Election Day than the stiffs the Democrats trot out. It blows my mind they continue to put forward candidates that are so completely unelectable. Within the state I keep away from the Republicans completely. I generally want my national government leaning to the right and my local government leaning to the left. |
