What would be your preferred method of disposing of diapers/nappies after a meltdown.

Is it pertinent to use methods akin to Nuclear waste disposal..... ;)

Keep that baby on breast milk until he's potty-trained, and you won't have to worry about it.

They actually work, wasn't expecting it to, but it did.

We had two.

It's the 20th Century version of Julie's method.

Diaper Dekor for us.  Hard-core fecal celebrations, we usually just bag them separately (plastic grocery bag) and bin them directly.  The garage (where said bin resides) belongs to Clive, so it's not like anyone important has to put up with the stench.

We had one for our oldest.

It was like making sausage. Except very different.

When we had our first we used one of those smell containment contraptions. By the second kid we'd just throw them in the trash can with everything else. If we had a third we'd probably just let them sit on the kitchen table and pick them up when we did the dishes that night.

You really do live in Oz.   :o

We had a Diaper Genie.  Worked fine as long as you didn't try to fit a 400 lb. genie in a 7 oz. bottle, knowwhaddamean.  The alternative is straight to the bin.  Not a good plan during the time of the year when temps top 45 or so.

We have a Diaper Genie too but we hardly use it.  We just toss them in the trash can, but the smell can linger this way.  We've also been known to leave them lying around until we pick up the trash.  Sometimes I have to check my clothes or shoes when I get a flashback wiff at work or something.

What she said.

There, did I sound like I knew what I was talking about?

And by the 4th baby, the diaper finds its way into the evening meal.
