Title: I'm actually going to attempt to play golf today..... Post by: PaunchyBald on September 04, 2007, 03:31:59 AM I haven't held a club in six weeks, and it was six weeks before that the last time I played.
A buddy, (who really likes to drink, and I ain't talking Stroh) called me yesterday and asked me to join and fill out a foursome. Okay, why not? I'll pick up a case of beer on the way to the course, there are four of us playing you know. I'm gonna carry 5w, 7w, 9w, 5-PW, 52, 60 (very firm sand at the course we're playing) 64,68, and putter. The course is 6800 yards 71.6/128. I'll fill you all in on the futility of it all later today. :P Title: Re: I'm actually going to attempt to play golf today..... I went 49 and 44 today. If I coulda sunk a putt............ :nono: Drank some beer, did the Uisce thing on the first tee, had a good time. You know to numb the pain. I did find a chrysalis on the grip of my 9 iron during the round though LOL! Only lost two balls to the water gods. I'm down to 10 golf balls total.
