If you'ld just get gas every other day, it wouldn't cost you more than 5 or 6 bucks. Title: Re: $3.19 YAAAAAY!!!!! Post by: MFAWG on October 30, 2007, 01:45:02 PM I didn't really look at the price.
I did my usual '2 packs and the rest on 2', and throw a 20 on the counter. 10 bucks gas more or less. Jumped in the truck, fired it up and it looked like the needle moved BACKWARDS at first. Then I looked. :sad3: Title: Re: $3.19 YAAAAAY!!!!! Post by: Aske on October 30, 2007, 01:46:03 PM http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peak_oil
maybe it's time to re-examine the wisdom of pissing away $2T in eeeerak for a few yellow magnetic ribbons and chest-thumping , instead of investing in a fair amount of research in biofuels, sustainable/renewables, non-convential production (shale, tar sands, coal liquefaction), and other novel technologies such as fusion (ITER, etc) , non-rare metal fuel cells, etc. nah. Title: Re: $3.19 YAAAAAY!!!!! Post by: Aske on October 30, 2007, 01:48:27 PM as much as $3 or $4 / gallon will hurt my disposable income and so forth, if thats what it takes to wake up the 290M+ morans in this country, so be it.
