Title: [top][sticky]Blader Smite Campaign 2007
Post by: Blader on February 14, 2007, 06:21:34 AM
Colleagues-

During a recent chautauqua in consultation with extremely well endowed paid corporate consultants, Blader Industries, Inc., has made the decision to execute certain strategies and economies of scale to better define its corporate brand so that we can position ourselves in the market space for exceptional growth and customer satisfaction.

What we are doing is revolutionary, and would be analogous to Ralph Lauren repositioning itself to actually make money on something other than its bluejeans.  So trust me, this is a big one.

A key element of this strategy involves me, Blader, formerly known as blader, becoming the most despised personality on the internets.  More despised than even Richard Branson, who I am often mistaken for in airport concourses etc and so forth.

Therefore, we are asking for your help.

Would you please consider 'smiting' or otherwise providing me with negative karma, so that my karma score within the golfhos institution can reach an absurdly low number?  So low that even certain individuals who might otherwise compete with me for this distinction couldn't not possibly reach such depths of their own accord.

When prompted to explain the 'smite'  simply copy and paste the following into the dialog box:

Blader Smite Campaign 2007

Alternately, you may provide other reasons

Blader Industries, Inc. thanks you for your brand loyalty and your understanding that when we reposition ourselves in the market space, it is our loyal customers who are rewarded.

Ciao Baby!!!
luv, Blader
CEO, Fearless Leader etc and so forth

OK, this doesn't seem to be having the desired effect.

Let's pretend this is the Jerry Lewis Telethon, and through the simple generous act of your single smite each day, a bell will ring and an angel in heaven will have earned a pair of wings.

That's kinda like thinking about dead puppies to sustain an erection.

Yes, such thinking can be highly effective for certain people, no question.

Stop giving me karma.

If you cannot take this seriously, I will be forced to have an internets tantrum....perhaps even destroying this secret website by exposing it on other websites.

Your exercise in reverse psychology is brilliant, even for you.

I fart in your general direction.

I'll earn the distinction the old fashioned way, one smite at a time.

LOL!!  No!  No! No!

Boy, I really wish I had your level of talent in the art of duplicity!

To be honest, the thought did cross my mind that people would take this as a vain plea for the opposite intention.

But I not only seek to become the most smited infidel on all of the internets, I NEED this in the worst possible way or else my BOD may come down hard on me.

According to my calculations, we are not going in the direction I hoped to go with this initiative, nor have we moved with the rapidity I'd imagined would be possible.

I am not indisposed to executing jihad upon this or related websites in order to meet our corporate objectives and benchmarks.

I have conducted trial experiments and now realize that I have the power to create wrinkles in the very fabric of the internets, and feel that I am under no compulsion whatsoever not to use them if it is in the best interests of my customers and stockholders.

I may not be HIM, but I'm a heck of a lot smarter than Pegasus could imagine to aspire.

If anyone asks, tell them this was little more than idle chatter, but not exactly.

Never thought I'd see the day when Blader would be asking to be smited!  I can't imagine what will happen to your industrial base when words gets out that their face to the world is asking for smite.

Generalissimo--I trust you to fight our wars to the best of your ability, please trust me to run my multinational conglomerate in a way that best enhances shareholder value and customer satisfaction.

Now if you wouldn't mind, a smite, please.  Bitte.

I'll describe my remarkable introduction to the game for 10 smites.
NOBODY gets the story, and let me tell you it is quite the story and YES, part of it involves copulation, unless I get to -5 Karma by noon EST.

As much as I would LOVE to hear the story (truly I would) I have taken a vow of Smite-elabcy. Would a page of nasty emoticons suffice?

In an effort to help Herr Blader I have smited. I smited yesterday, and I smited again today, and since we are only allowed a smite a day, I will smite again tomorrow. I channel Chief Joseph when I say "I will smite no more forever".

Anyhting else?

bless you, brother.

I don't know if the corporate world is your thing or not, but we've got suites with private executive washrooms for smooth operators such as yourself

and dare I say, at least I'm going low the old-fashioned way...I'm earning it, one smite at a time, unlike certain individuals with access to higher website functionality vis-a-vis their position as moderator
