It appeared contained to rich NYC elites that might have had to let some of the live in help in the cottages in the Hamptons go, or just forced to liquidate assets at a pretty bad time to be liquidating such things. Crime is crime, but it's not like he was stealing social security checks from little old ladies in Brooklyn and forcing them to live on cat food.
