Title: Lunges or Squats?

I found myself sitting here dreading my workout tonight because its a lower body day. Perhaps the only thing I hate worse than squats (with the exception of JDerion's death squat) are lunges. They just plain suck.

don't do them then.  walk up stairs with ankle weights on

Rats, I misread the poll and voted incorrectly.  I didn't read the "which suck worse" until after I voted.

I'm definitely a lunger over a squatter.

Rats, I misread the poll and voted incorrectly.  I didn't read the "which suck worse" until after I voted.

I'm definitely a lunger over a squatter.
Squats suck, but they're over faster. A 10 rep set of lunges (w/ 30 lb dumbbells) feels like it goes on forever. By the time I'm done with 3 sets of 10 reps, I want to puke.  [sm_puke]
