SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (AP) -- George Osmond, father of the famous singing family The Osmond Brothers, has died. He was 90.

As much as I currently (*) have no use for any of the entertainment his kids provide there's no doubt he sired quite the ensemble.  Branson weeps. 

* My very first 45 was Jimmy Osmond's Long-haired lover from Liverpool.  LOL.  In my defense, I was seven.

LOL, that was The Osmonds doing a little 'Heavy Rock'.

There's an even better one  where they do it wearing full on 70's  pimp outfits. I couldn't find it YouTube, but I saw it on AB or something at the time.

 It was so disturbing that I still remember it quite clearly.
