Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: MFAWG on January 17, 2009, 11:50:26 PM (http://www.drunkenpolack.com/images/lagipa.jpg) One of my very, very favorites. I've actually had it at the brewery out of a tap. Wonderful and can be hard to find. Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: PaunchyBald on January 18, 2009, 05:36:42 AM I just put a little coffee in my bourbon [sm_coffee]
You can't drink all day, if you don't start first thing in the morning! [sm_drinking] Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: Blader on January 18, 2009, 07:25:59 AM Grooving on the whole 'change' and 'hope' thing, I ordered an Avery Ale to the Chief (http://www.averybrewing.com/BigBeers/seasonal/AletotheChief) at dinner last night and have to say, it is without a doubt my very newest favoritest beer by a long shot.
If you get a chance at this one, consider it a privilege to partake. Title: Re: Drinking... Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: Walfredo on January 18, 2009, 09:05:15 AM Friday night we went out for my wife's b-day. She had lots of champaigne and I had lots of Peroni with some jager bombs mixed in.
BTW, I can't stand IPA's. Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: Aske on January 18, 2009, 09:13:30 AM Troegenator #1 now in progress

For some reason it's always on sale at the Safeway here, so I get it often. Title: Re: Drinking... When I do, it's almost never on sale :sad3: Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: Dunk on January 20, 2009, 05:56:22 PM I finished off my last two pints of Spitfire ESB (home brew) :sad3:
Oh well, there's a fine lager waiting to be bottled within the next couple of days. [sm_fingersx] Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: Clive on January 20, 2009, 06:27:48 PM Prosecco. It's a celebration.
Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: MFAWG on January 20, 2009, 06:35:51 PM OJ. Spending a couple of hours in close proximity to my nephews is GUARANTEED to give me a cold or worse 3 days later.

Title: Re: Drinking... Post by: Blader on January 21, 2009, 06:52:15 AM LOL!! So last night, I headed up to the pub. Warily sizing me up (I sort of look like a republican) the wench said they'd just tapped a new keg of Avery's Ale to the Chief, to, you know, celebrate. So I said, "Well, he did warn us there would be cause to make sacrifices and all that. Sure."
When it came I got up and did a friendly cheers with folk at the nearby tables. Good fellowship abounded. After that and a Popperings Hommel, I headed home with a smile. |
