Kinda. From a front office perspective he's the golden child. Shirts, shirts and more shirts. He's a pop star married to a pop star. They're a license to print money. Having said that he's treated MLS like *feces* and deserves every bit of what the Galaxy fans are giving him. However, he was the wrong guy to bring here in the first place. He's a complementary player in a country who's soccer/football knowledge in general sucks and cannot recognize his contributions. He can make a good team better, he cannot make a poor team better - not that kind of player. Wrong league, wrong guy - F'em. |
