It was a very very unnecessary hit, but it was to his cheek/jaw (The two sh1t-talked eachother on Ultimate Fighter all season, and this fight was basically guaranteed to have animosity-inspired "late" hits) Title: Re: Last night's UFC100 Post by: lennyquai on July 12, 2009, 09:00:38 PM I could not get to a sports bar last night, having spent much of the afternoon with a good buddy, and refuse to do pay-per-view. That said, if my neighbors had been around last night, I would have twisted arms to get them here and paid up.
Three great fights on the card. I used to love boxing, but there just are not the good fights like there used to be. I have not missed many of the good MMA bouts in the last 7 or 8 years. Love the sport. |
