Title: I have a question...
Post by: E-A-G-L-E! on March 31, 2008, 02:39:43 PM
What do you call a "winter wonderland" in the spring?  As Fuzzy said, we're supposed to be getting a lot of snow here today, and we are definitely getting all that was forecasted - if not even more.  It's very picturesque and pretty just like a typical winter wonderland scene... except it's  :airquotes: spring :airquotes:.

So what is a "winter wonderland" called in the spring?

Smarch story  here. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nightmare_on_Evergreen_Terrace#Nightmare_on_Evergreen_Terrace)

In the opening scene Homer is seen coming into the building cold, and covered in snow.  He walks up to the misprinted calendar, and grumbles "Lousy Smarch weather."

I figured there had to be a story behind that....

Some just might call it global warming, change in the weather patterns, whatever. I am saddened at the planet we are leaving my grand children.  :sad3:
