Post by: Fuzzy on April 17, 2008, 07:33:52 PM
Jose Theodore is playing out of his mind right now in goal for the Avs.

That is all.

BTW, 1-1 2nd Period.

Boogaard doesn't even have to fight, they just run into him and they get hurt. :o

Shots on Goal:   MN - 40    Avs - 17

Score:  Avs - 3    MN - 2

 [sm_shock]

Bad home loss by the Wild. Dominated play most of the night and let it slip away.

Another 3-2 game.  Sadly, not the outcome I was cheering for. :(

Minnesota has held a lead in the series for only 4 minutes, 31 seconds out of a possible 324:23.  [sm_shock]

meh.  ;) [sm_devil] Like "time of possession" in football.

They're cooked. Visions of Giguere from a couple of years ago. Theodore was great last night and the Wild couldn't have outplayed the Avs any more than they did for most of the game.

between that and the disappearing act of 'the greatest ever' i agree.
that said, yeh , its not a completely meaningful stat, but it also says they're never forcing colorado to have to press to get back into the game

Good point. The Avs know by being patient Theodore will keep them in the game now. They've done a good job of converting on their chances and the Wild haven't.
