They should really change the state motto to:

I mean honestly, there were more stretches of highway that had orange cones than not, and NOBODY was actually working.  I did see ONE person...and that was the guy who was cleaning out the port-a-potty.  No sales tax in the state, but they getcha on the double fine speeding tickets.
