Title: Oklahoma > Minnesota ???
Post by: Fuzzy on February 16, 2007, 07:54:10 PM
If I have to take time off in the winter from golf....I (and my kids) want some snow to play in.

At least the ski hills can supplement with making their own I guess.

The Twin Cities seasonal snowfall through Wednesday was the third-lowest on record, according to the National Weather Service. Tulsa, Okla., has seen more flakes.

Hills?  You ski/board on hills?

The obvious depth of your misery is beyond my powers of comprehension.  Or it's the Jameson.  Either way... hills?  WTF?   ???

:sad3: I know. If I called them  :airquotes: mountains  :airquotes:  It'd be worse.

Thanks for rubbing it in. A-hole.  ;)

This board is simply overflowing with good sports.   ;)

Okay, so I officially invite you to come to Utah on a boarding vacation.  You can stay at Spacey's house.

You have to share the spare bed with Monte, though, and he snores. I live on a hill, I suppose you'll want to snowboard down my street, until we show you what real slopes look like.

Sweet!

I got a taste of real slopes when I went to Copper Mountain last year. Our company has an office in Colorado Springs so a couple of us took a long weekend after some meetings. The cool thing is that we have a customer or two in SLC. I was there 2 years ago.

I could take you Utahns out for dinner and write it off. If you stay nice to me.  8)

And if Monte wouldn't mind, I've slept with worse.  :P

But have you slept with better?

Seriously thought, if you ever hit SLC in the winter let's hit the slopes.  Or if summer, the links.

Spacey and I still need to find a reason to meet (not meat) each other.  That could be you.

And the next time I find myself in Utah it would be an honor to be the reason for you and spaceage to meet.

Ahhhh....men meeting men on the internet. My wife will be so happy.

But the real question is: Have they been able to keep the snow on the ground or has it melted?
