They would build statues of Tubby if he delivers 20 win seasons. With the Michigan and Iowa jobs open it was easily the worst of the 3 in the Big Ten.
He brings instant recognition and hopefully better coaching. And guaranteed he has zero chance of being a worse recruiter than Monson. If he turns this program and gets them just into the NCAA tourney he will be revered here.
