We the government will take 3 months to grant the money to help clean it up. In the meantime we expect you to replace the lines from your house to the street. Not that those lines are the problem because the city line can't handle the volume. But that's neither here nor there, you still need to redo your lines. Did I mention it will be June before we can grant the money to clean up the sewage you are living in?
