Title: Boy did I do something *Update* Post by: Spanky on September 05, 2007, 08:19:03 PM Today while walking at work I felt a pain just above my right knee on the right side. As the day went on it got worse. It got to the point that going down stairs almost brought tears to my eyes.

Good news is it is a pulled or possible torn muscle. Ice and rest. And no more messing around (sorry stroh) for two weeks. Still hurts like hell but no life threating DVT or torn ligament.
