Post by: geo1 on November 30, 2008, 11:11:12 AM Roasted an 18 lbr for the wife and I. She is not the luvr of T SAMMICHS as I. Have limited self to 1 sammich for breakfast, lunch, and dinner since the day. According to my calculations, I have enough turkey for 6 more days. Last of the sweet potato pies enjoyed yesterday. Enough dressing for 2 more meals. Left over turkey is in freezer in 3 bags. Have taken out the first of the bags this am after using the refrigerated turkey for breakfast. :hungry:

Bake for 40-60 minutes and voila, turkey pie. Had enough for 3 of 'em.
