Title: Re: The Scrambler disapproves Post by: dystopia on August 19, 2009, 07:51:06 PM Quote The team has sold sold more than 3,200 season tickets since news broke, and about 11,000 single-game tickets during that time. Seats for the Oct. 5 game against Green Bay are available only through a season ticket. There are roughly 6,000 season tickets remaining. Wow. Title: Re: The Scrambler disapproves Post by: stroh on August 19, 2009, 08:50:24 PM Sir Francis is worried that Brett may be able to do with this franchise what he was unable to do in three* attempts and thereby tarnish his legacy.

(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hail_Mary_(famous_play)) My first ever attendance at a pro sports game. My toes are just now thawing out. Our seats were on about the 20-25 yard line. During the melee following the non-call, my eye was caught by one particular object that flew out of the end zone seats and I watched it fly until contact with the ref's dome. He dropped like a rag doll. That still didn't convince the field crew to reconsider. |
