Thank God she's lost that elitism thing.  And way to compliment Kohl's.

Betcha 5 bucks her application is now in the round file.  [sm_devil]

Seriously: *fudge* her. 'Mortgage Broker' is about the same as 'Investment Banker' in my book, ie 2 rungs below 'Lawyer Not Working For The Betterment Of Former Pinups' on the Probably a Scumbag Ladder.

Good for Mrs. Uisce for getting a real job.

I agree about mortgage brokers.  They are wannabe but can't cut it cellular phone salesmen.  Tracy was a wholesaler.  Slightly more legit in that her job description didn't require her to lie and commit fraud.  I like to think of it as the brokers were the junkies and she was their pusher.

By the way, anyone (and I mean spouses too) involved in the mortgage industry for the last 10 years could see this subprime mess coming.  The day I first heard of a 125 I started looking around for spooky dudes on ghastly horses.

Before she went into the oh so noble profession of dumping bedpans and placing Foley caths, Mrs s. worked for Fairbanks Capital Corp (now, Select Portfolio Servicing, or SPS) which was one of the largest subprime servicing agencies in the country. A couple of the types of loans her company managed were beyond horrific.
