I've got to say that having a strip club IN a state government building is nothing compared to the usual RI govt. operations.

A brand new, state of the art hospital is being constructed right behind it. My guess is that in a matter of months, when the hospital opens, Southern Exposure will be handed their walking papers. Was it a bar? If so, where? Could be that it was before my time. The biggest meat markets I recall from my bar days were Port O' Call and The Vortex. Well, not counting The Sun anyway (NTTAWWT).
