Very nice!

Unfortunately, no amount of technology can keep some of them from sucking.

Especially the really sucky movies.  I mean, I've seen some movies that sucked, but some of those were the suckiest sucks that ever sucked.  They must really suck in HD 1360e  dlp EDTV Dolby.

Whats the current break-down of titles available in either format?

I haven't really been looking much, but I'm sure I'll want one soon enough.  My 50" plasma is a hungry beast and I love to see it feed on HD content  :D

here is a list of upcoming blowray releases
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=782217

hd-dvd has an attachment rate 3x higher than bd at this time in the us.
hd-dvd currently sells about 40% of the software despite only having 15-20% of the hardware market at this time.

final blowray specs (pip, menus, internet connectivity, etc) won't be implemented in hardware until at least after jan 1 2008 ::)

hd-dvd doesn't have region coding, so enjoy importing us bd exclusive titles and give sony the shaft. (especially at the times when the import costs the same as a B+M blowray msrp!!!hahaha)

hd-dvds currently (and also future release list) available for import:
