Too lazy right now to check the gas-liquid conversion. How long does a cow live? Assuming 10 years = 270,000 gallons of fuel, enough for 2700 buses traveling 100 miles in one day. Not knowing what the fleet size is of Miami's public transportion nor the average mpg this means little. But, I'm not ready to say it's BS.
