A baby sleeping bag/sling combo. If your baby needs to be held to sleep, you can use this like a sling to get him to sleep. Then when you want to set him down, you can just drop him in the crib and unhook the straps without disturbing him. He'll be sleeping right in the thing because it functions as a sleeping bag too. ;D
